Refunds & Returns

At mellomart.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and returns are accepted by IEdge International LLC.


1. Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.


2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 15 calendar days of delivery

  • In unused, original condition with all tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories intact

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (receipt or order number)


3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked Final Sale


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at valajigar95@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide, using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).


5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact us at valajigar95@gmail.com within the 15-day return window.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank.
